Dr. Kenlie Fite is a Population Scientist, Certified Life Coach, and Educator located in Colorado Springs, CO. She champions the success of others while pursuing her dreams one step at a time.

She works full-time at the Association of Public Health Laboratories (APHL), where she equips bright, highly skilled scientists to become incredible leaders. In addition to her work at APHL, she is an Adjunct Instructor at Arizona College of Nursing, where she teaches Cultural Diversity and Global Health. In her professional roles, she regularly develops and delivers leadership training and speaks at conferences around the country.

She holds a Doctor of Public Health in Leadership in Social and Behavioral Sciences (DrPH) in addition to a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Global and Community Behavioral Sciences from Tulane University Weatherhead School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts (with a double major) in Public Relations and Health and Wellness with a minor in Marketing. Additionally, she is a Certified Professional Life Coach through the International Christian Coaching Institute (ICCI).

She offers hope and encouragement in her recurring role on Great Day Louisiana, a morning TV show on the CBS affiliate in New Orleans, which she has been doing for over six years.

She’s married to a kind-hearted, handsome, wise, and generous man, Michael, who is a financial planner at Edward Jones, dedicated to helping people create a strong financial future.

On a typical day, you can usually find Dr. Kenlie working from home, encouraging a friend at a coffee shop, teaching, reading, or cuddling with her fur children, Oliver and George. On some days, you can find her doing all those things!
