Day one in Maine was a TOP day! 😍
I joined a professional association today for doctors of public health, and I feel so good about it. It's such a cool feeling to know that I'm walking in my purpose. 🎉
My heart is so grateful for the opportunities I’ve had today to visit with people who recognize obesity for what it is and spend their time and expertise to positively impact people living in larger bodies.
Happy Saturday from New Orleans. 🩷

On my latest flight to DC, I experienced stigma at the hands of Southwest Airlines...again, and this time they judged me for different reasons. 

I'm not the naive girl I was when they judged me the first time over a decade ago.
